Due to safety and security concerns, bladino allows each customer to register one account on our website. In a situation where a customer creates more than one account, bladino reserves the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

In accordance with Customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, address and payers name should be valid. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide to bladino. Should any information be incorrect and prevent any shipment, delivery or customs clearance, bladino will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.

bladino always complies with the law, and we would like to remind our customers to do the same. As the importer customers are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.


bladino always works hard to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and pricing. However, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur bladino cannot accept your order and you will be notified by our customer service team. Due to the popularity and/or stock levels of some of our products, bladino might limit the number of items available for purchase. bladino reserves the right to change the quantities that are available for purchase at any time, even after you completed placing an order.

Both parties agree that once an order has been dispatched, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During shipment, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the customer; all associated liability and risks during shipment and delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Order Cancelation

Customers can cancel their order prior to shipping; please contact our Customer Service Team. However, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to cancel, change, or refund the order. Once the customer receives the package, our Return Policy comes into effect.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on our website refer to the estimated time it takes for an order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the customer’s address. Since the delivery of your order can be influenced by external factors, which are beyond the control of bladino, after it has left our warehouse, we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event that they wish to use their item for, such as a birthday, that they place their order well in advance. bladino cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries. Naturally, we will work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

We process and ship most of our orders within 24 hours. Delivery time will be different depending on where you are, more than 85% of the orders arrive within 7-14 days. Due to high demand, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items to you. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we can send your order either to your home or work place.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses to bladino. bladino is not able to make changes to your shipping address once a package leaves our warehouse, and bladino is not liable for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

All orders reported as "delivered" by courier companies are considered delivered. bladino cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address the order was sent to, was the correct address as provided by the customer, bladino cannot be held liable if a package is returned to our warehouse.

The order placed by the customer on our website, is the order bladino will ship to the customer. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving a wrong item if they placed the wrong order.

Taxes may apply to imported goods / services and are governed by law. bladino is not responsible for any tax charged on your products, but in case you are taxed, we provide a refund system through credit on the site (if this applies to you, please contact our customer service so that we can assist you). Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied by country. Please contact your local customs for the laws and more information.

Exchange and Returns (Return Policy)

When you receive your order but are not satisfied with your product(s) you may return the item(s), within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all other packaging materials provided by bladino.

Before returning any item to us, a customer needs to contact bladino for instructions. Any product returned without contacting bladino will not be refunded.

Return shipping fees are paid for by the customer.

Any item which is returned to bladino, found not to be defective, can be refunded within the time stated above. Items found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.

Unless an item is defective, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to bladinobladino is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by bladino.

bladino will not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper usage, personal negligence and any other reason that do not attribute to product defects.


Seasonal goods, intimate or sanitary goods and health and personal care items are considered as non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

bladino works hard to make sure your order is delivered in perfect condition. Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. If a customer does not contact bladino within 48 hours of delivery, the products are considered without damage and in working condition.

Product Descriptions

At bladino we do our best to be as accurate as possible when it comes to the information we show on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that our product descriptions or other content is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free. In rare cases, the information provided by bladinomay contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

bladino reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.


All prices shown on bladino.com are in US$. bladino is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by bladino.

Any unacceptable or unreasonable behaviour towards our Customer Service Team will not be tolerated, including but not limited to the following:

Direct or implied threats; intimidating or abusive language; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; unsubstantiated allegations
Repeated complaints despite the matter having been fully addressed with a fair solution offered in accordance with our policies
Demanding staff to breach company policy on refund amount, timelines, discounts, special compensation, etc.
Repeatedly changing the focus of a complaint or the desired outcome after a fair solution has been offered

For the above-mentioned behaviour, complainants may be notified that their language is considered unacceptable and must refrain from using such language. If they persist with the unacceptable behaviour, there will be no further exchange of correspondence and any future orders may not be accepted.
