REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item to the seller for a refund, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Note : If you received products that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us within 6 days from receiving your order not 30 days. 

Our policy lasts 30 days: If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can't resolve your case.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as received from the seller. It must also be in the original packaging.

1) Email us your order number as well as the reason for your refund request to get the process started!
2) We'll contact you after reviewing your request.
3) If you are eligible for a refund, we'll ask you to ship us the item and to Email us the proof of shipping.
4) Once we receive returned packages they are inspected, we will refund the money to you and seller will pay the money to us.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping .
