Our 30 days Warranty Service : We offer a warranty period of 30 days on all products listed by our sellers, starting from the day you receive the order (counted from the delivery date shown on the tracking page).
Should your item become faulty or appear to have a defect within this period, please let us know. we'll contact your seller and ask him for a replacement. If it's a refund request and you are eligible fot it, our financial department will refund the money to you and seller will pay the money to us.

If a sale or promotion ended yesterday, can I get the sale price today?
Unfortunately, once a sale or promotion has ended, the offer is no longer valid. All promotions have a predetermined end date found on their banner advertisements.

When will I receive my order ?

We do our best to offer you sellers with free and fast delivery.
For all Sellers on The Bladino Market, delivery standards ensure delivery is within 7-14 business days. Some products may take longer to be delivered - if this is the case, the delivery timeframe will be detailed on the product listing page.
Bigger and Bulkier items such as furniture, beds and large appliances may take longer, and incur an additional delivery fee - please refer to the product page for delivery information.
How can I track my order ?

If I only placed one order, why am I receiving multiple parcels ?
Purchases are shipped from our sellers, therefore if your order contains items from multiple sellers, they will be shipped to you separately, from different locations.
I’ve received one item, but where’s the rest of my order ?
Items are shipped by the seller, so if your order comprises of items from multiple sellers, each item will arrive separately. Please check the delivery information provided for each item for full details. If you still have concerns please contact our Customer Contact Centre on +1 (754) 816-1537.
What method of payments are accepted ?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as secure payment methods.
How much is shipping ?
We do our best to provide you seller with free shipping. Please refer to the product page for shipping fee information.
How to order ?
1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Buy Now”
3. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address).
4. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
5. Then fill in your credit card information or your paypal account information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
How can I track my order ?
After we receive the tracking number from the seller, an email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at email@example.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
When will I receive my order confirmation or tracking email ?
If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/ details and we will check for you.
How to apply a discount code?
When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code text box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page.
If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the order summary.
You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code. You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.
